departments of major supermarket chains, independent
meat markets and delicatessens in the northeast for
over 20 years on a four month scheduled basis.
In the meat room we Rent
Grinder Plates & Knives , sell our top
quality hardened disposable Band
Saw Blades and provide a complete
preventive maintenance inspection
for both the Meat & Deli
departments replacing worn or broken parts and fine tuning the
equipment for optimum performance.
This program, which we have been providing to major
supermarket chains for the past 20 years, has proven
to cut down emergency repairs while maintaining
ease of operation and less product waste. There is no service call charge
for preventive maintenance repairs, only an hourly labor charge plus
parts. We provide in-store
cutlery sharpening at $2.00 per knife
using a process, which can remove nicks and chips
and in some cases restore tips. We carry a full line
of supplies for the meat, deli, produce, seafood,
bakery and other specialty departments.
We
repair all brands of Deli slicers, band
saws, grinders, cube steak machines and pattie
machines. We
stock 90% of all parts on our service vehicles
allowing us to repair most machines in-store.
We
can also respond to service calls in the New York
Capital District area.
A flat zone charge includes
mileage
to the store and a flat hourly
rate. Our
work is guaranteed and we are fully insured,
providing yearly certificates of insurance.
