Order Processing Infomation:

Once an order is placed, the credit authorization process begins.  If the ship to and bill to addresses are the same, orders are usually processed within 24 hours.  If the ship to address is different than that of the bill to address, authorization may take longer as we contact the cardholder personally for his/her authorization.  If we cannot confirm order placement with the cardholder we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

All returns must have a return authorization number PRIOR to shipping and will not be accepted without one..  

Returns accepted for unused unopened merchandise with an authorized return authorization number only. No credit for shipping costs.
