Order Processing Infomation:

Once an order is placed, the credit authorization process begins.  If the ship to and bill to addresses are the same, orders are usually processed within 24 hours.  If the ship to address is different than that of the bill to address, authorization may take longer as we contact the cardholder personally for his/her authorization.  If we cannot confirm order placement with the cardholder we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

Our Return Policy:
All returns must have a return authorization number prior to shippingand will not be accepted without one..  

We will accept returns of brand new, unused, unopened merchandise with no questions asked for 30 days after the invoice date. Credit will not include shipping charges and may include a restocking charge of 15%. Unused, unopened merchandise that is returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking charge. Freight charges that are billed to PROcutlery for items that are offered with free shipping will not be refunded.  

We will not accept used merchandise for credit or refund.
